fluoctet is a young consulting company focused on providing the best context for innovation hubs in cities throughout the globe. We design, provide marketing campaign, and fundraising for innovation hubs.
Our team is specialized in creating immersive in-situ events for institutional brands. fluoctet works in partnership with established galleries and represents a pool of performance and visual artists with its lviii gallery.
fluoctet has worked for institutions and brands like the Palais de Tokyo, the Boghossian Foundation, the Venice Biennale, Vivendi, Universal Music Publishing and Woolmark.
From conceiving in-situ shows that relate to brand values - to conceiving entire art centers powered by a brand, fluoctet believes that institutional brands are leading initiatives in the innovation field.
fluoctet showcases in-situ art, from private collections to performative showcasing, to artist residency tours and public art installation visits,
flucotet has also developed its own artist in residence programme, and art collection.
André de Damas was born in Beirut in 1989. He works between Beirut and Versailles-Paris Saclay. André is an engineer from Ecole Centrale Paris, an artist and a cultural entrepreneur. His works have been shown at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, and at the Boghossian Foundation in Bruxelles. He also took part in Tino Sehgal’s Carte Blanche at the Palais de Tokyo in 2016. With his background is Architecture and Computer Science he developed the concept of Radiant Square to produce pieces that question progress and power in different value systems. He is the founder of music label and cultural start-up onlyonlviii, and was part of smart ESA acceleration program in 2019 in Beirut.
Sara Boy joined the project early-on. She holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Southampton (she specialised in Middle Eastern Literature) and a Masters in International Relations. She is a singer-songwriter. In 2014 she founded Nomadic Sessions, an open-mic event to revitalise Versailles’ music scene. Prior to joining fluoctet Sara worked for Vivendi in PR.
